Be sure to get your tickets for the University View Apartment Living Giveaway. Tickets are $20 each or six (6) for $100. Only 2,500 will be sold.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Office of Parent and Family Affairs, located in the Office of Vice President for Student Affairs, Mitchell Building, Suite 2108. Tickets can also be purchased by mail. If purchasing by mail, click here to download the order form.

The drawing will be held on January 29, 2010. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified via U.S. Postal Service certified mail.

Proceeds benefit the Maryland Parents Association Initiatives Fund, which helps sustain programs sponsored by the Office of Parent and Family Affairs and enables the Association to support valuable programs/services that directly contribute to the student experience at the University, including alcohol education, health and wellness programs, sustainability efforts, service learning, tutoring resources, and much more.

The winner will receive:
One rent-free lease in a (4) four bedroom apartment for the 2010-2011 lease year which includes the following:

• Full size washer and dryer in each suite
• Hi-speed internet
• Basic Cable with optional upgrade to DirecTV
• Telephone ready
• Electronic keyed access
• Access to University View amenities with pre-opening lease sign-up
• A furnished suite

Terms and Conditions:

• As the winner you must abide by all rules and conditions set forth by the University View and the management as indicated in the lease.
• Winner must be a full time undergraduate student at the University of Maryland, College Park and will be required to sign a lease with University View.
• This prize covers only the base rent and does not cover parking fees at the University View, any fines or fees incurred due to damages, utilities that are not covered by the base rent and any other costs that you might incur when you reside at the University View. 
• This prize is for the 2010-2011 lease year which runs approximately from the last week in August of 2010 to the last week in July of 2011. 
• This prize is non-transferrable.
